2003 BRAZIL 500 Documentary
4 Screens digital Installation or single screen format.
Instead of using video, Luiz Marchetti took his 16 mm camera and documented the incident in the Government's Brazil 500 years celebrations. The government changed in Brazil this year so Luiz can now present these colourful images and distorted sounds as his artistic perception of the largest meeting of the indian people in South America and the police attacking them with rubber bullets and gas bombs.
In the Installation format the images are choreographed in the 4 walls of a room with the same sincronized sound enfacizing the dramacity of the event. In the Narrative format this art documntary is divided in short vinhetas with the total duration of 8.25 mins
